# Connect Telegram Business mode

> Route Telegram Business private chats to your Fliqr AI bot using BotFather Business mode.

Telegram Business / Premium business chatbots can hand private 1-to-1 chats to your bot so customers still feel like they are messaging your account while Fliqr AI automates replies.

## Enable Business mode on the bot

  <Step title="Open BotFather">
    In Telegram, message **@BotFather**, send `/mybots`, and select your bot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn Business mode on">
    Go to **Bot Settings → Business mode** and enable it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Attach the bot in Telegram Business settings">
    On the business Telegram account, go to **Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots**, add your bot, and choose chat access.

## Chat access options

| Option              | Behavior                                  |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| All 1-to-1 chats    | Bot can access all private business chats |
| Only selected chats | Limit access to included contacts/chats   |

Make sure the same bot token is connected in Fliqr AI before testing.
