# Automate Viber with Fliqr AI

> Create a Viber bot, connect it to Fliqr AI, and automate conversations and broadcasts without a 24-hour messaging window.

Viber bots are useful when your audience is already on Viber. Unlike Meta channels, Viber does not enforce a 24-hour free-messaging window for bot broadcasts to your contacts.

## Prerequisites

* A Viber account (mobile app)
* A Viber bot token from [Viber bot accounts](https://partners.viber.com/account/create-bot-account)
* A Fliqr AI workspace at [app.fliqr.ai](https://app.fliqr.ai)

## Connect Viber

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create a Viber bot">
    Create a bot account in Viber's partner portal and copy the bot token.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add Viber in Fliqr AI">
    Go to **Settings → Channels → Viber** (or the Viber connection entry in your workspace).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste the bot token">
    Save the token and complete any custom URI / webhook confirmation Viber requires.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test">
    Message your Viber bot and confirm the conversation appears in Fliqr AI.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Build flows

Use **Viber** or **Omnichannel** message types in Flow Builder. Publish before attaching the flow to broadcasts or keywords.

## Why teams use Viber

* No Meta-style 24-hour broadcast window for bot contacts
* Good fit for regions where Viber usage is high
* Same Fliqr AI inbox and flow tools as other channels
