# Connect AudioCodes voice to Fliqr AI

> Use AudioCodes with Fliqr AI for telephony interconnect, conversational IVR, and speech-driven voice bots.

AudioCodes can sit between your telephony system and Fliqr AI to support virtual agents, conversational IVR, and richer speech scenarios.

## When to use AudioCodes

* You already run AudioCodes in your telephony stack
* You need broader interconnect options than a single Twilio number
* You are building advanced speech / IVR programs

## Connect

    In Fliqr AI, go to **Settings → Channels → Voice** and choose **AudioCodes** when available in your workspace.

  <Step title="Enter connection details">
    Provide the AudioCodes credentials / webhook values required by your workspace configuration.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Map the bot or flow">
    Point inbound calls to the Fliqr AI flow or AI Agent that should answer.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test end to end">
    Place a test call through your AudioCodes route and confirm intent routing, speech prompts, and handover.
  </Step>
