# Archive a conversation

> Archive Inbox conversations in Fliqr AI from the Inbox or a Flow — threads unarchive automatically when the contact messages again.

Archiving clears resolved threads from the active queue without deleting the contact.

## From the Inbox

1. Select the conversation.
2. Open the **menu**.
3. Choose **Archive**.

## From a Flow

Add **Action → Inbox → Archive** at the end of a resolved path.

## Auto-unarchive

If the contact sends a new message, the conversation **unarchives** automatically so it reappears for handling.
