# Send a Flow from the Inbox

> Launch a published Fliqr AI Flow to a contact directly from the Live Inbox while chatting.

**Send Flow** lets an agent start a scripted path without typing every step — collect an address, run FAQ, or kick off booking mid-conversation.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open the conversation">
    Select the contact in the Inbox.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Send Flow">
    Use the **Send Flow** icon in the composer toolbar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a published Flow">
    Only published Flows appear. Publish first if the Flow is still a draft.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send">
    Confirm send. The contact receives the Flow’s first messages on their channel.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  Keep a short library of agent-friendly Flows (`Collect phone`, `Share pricing PDF`, `Book a demo`) so the team does not hunt through every Flow in the account.
