ManyChat is priced in US dollars and charged per active contact, so its pricing page doesn't tell an Indian creator what they'll actually pay. This guide converts every plan to rupees and works through real examples.
Prices verified on manychat.com/pricing on 4 October 2026. Rupee figures use about ₹96 per $1 and exclude your bank's foreign-transaction fee.

What counts as an "active contact"?
Anyone your automation talks to in the billing month, such as everyone who comments your keyword and receives a DM. That's why one viral reel can raise your bill.
The free plan: what 25 contacts gets you
ManyChat Free includes 25 active contacts, up to 4 live triggers and any 2 of Instagram, TikTok, Messenger or Telegram. WhatsApp, SMS and Email appear from Pro upwards. In practice, 25 contacts covers one small test post.
What you'd pay each month
Assuming you pick the cheapest plan for your contact count:
Extra costs for Indian payers
- Foreign-transaction fees: most Indian cards add a markup on USD charges. Check your card's fee schedule.
- GST: imported online services can attract GST in India. Ask your accountant how it applies to your invoices.
- Exchange-rate swings: a dollar price costs a different amount in rupees every month.
Cheaper options billed in rupees
If you mainly need Instagram comment-to-DM, a rupee-priced tool removes the per-contact maths:
| ManyChat | Fliqr | |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | 25 active contacts |
