What is included in Scale and Agent plans?
Scale adds agentic AI reply, queues, deep links, Meta ads DM, and up to 5 AI agents. Agent IG and Agent Plus are higher-capacity agent workspaces granted by our team — request access from the pricing page.
What is your refund policy?
If Fliqr isn't a fit within your first 14 days on a paid subscription, contact support and we'll help — including refunds for annual plans where applicable under our Terms of Service.
Can automation get my account banned?
Any messaging tool can be misused with spammy behavior. Fliqr is designed for opt-in style flows — people comment or reply because they want what you're offering. Follow Meta's messaging policies and send relevant, expected messages.
How do I connect my Instagram account?
You connect through Meta's official authorization flow. Fliqr requests only the permissions needed to read comments, send DMs, and manage automations on accounts you approve.
What happens if I exceed my monthly DM limit?
We notify you before you hit your limit. Automations pause until the next billing cycle unless you upgrade to a plan with higher volume.
