What is comment-to-DM automation?

When someone comments a trigger word or phrase on your post or Reel, Fliqr automatically sends them a DM. You can also post an optional public reply so others see the keyword is active.

How does story automation work?

You choose a trigger — such as a story reply or sticker interaction — and Fliqr sends a DM with your next step: a link, freebie, offer, or qualifying question.

Can I control what the AI says?

Yes. You provide offers, FAQs, and tone guidelines. Fliqr uses that context to draft replies, and you can set rules for when a conversation should hand off to you.

Where do captured leads go?

Leads collected in DM flows can be exported as CSV from your dashboard, or sent to Google Sheets, Zapier, webhooks and the REST API.

Is Fliqr allowed by Instagram?

Fliqr uses Meta's official Instagram Messaging API. We do not use unofficial login methods or browser automation that puts your account at risk.
