Sales analytics connect your conversation activity to business outcomes. Knowing how many messages you send is useful; knowing how many of those conversations converted to orders and what they were worth is what drives decisions. The Sales analytics panel aggregates payment and pipeline data from your Fliqr AI-connected flows and surfaces them alongside the conversation metrics that produced them.

Overview

The Sales dashboard is relevant to two different workflows:
  • E-commerce flows — where a contact browses products, adds to cart, and checks out inside a conversation. Revenue, order volume, and average order value are tracked here.
  • CRM pipeline — where contacts move through stages (lead, qualified, proposal, closed) managed in the Fliqr AI pipeline view. Stage distribution and rep performance appear here.
Both views share the same date range and channel filters, so you can compare performance across time periods or isolate a single channel.

Metrics Explained

Viewing the Dashboard

1

Navigate to Sales Analytics

From the left navigation, click Analytics → Sales.
2

Set your date range

Use the date picker to select the period you want to analyze. Revenue and order data are recorded at the time the order status changes to completed.
3

Review the summary cards

The top row of summary cards shows Total Revenue, Orders Placed, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate at a glance. These cards respond to your active date range and channel filters.[SCREENSHOT: Sales analytics dashboard with revenue chart and top-selling products table]
4

Drill into orders

Click View Orders to open the full order list. Each row shows the contact, channel, order value, status, and timestamp. Use the search and filter options to find specific orders or export the list as a CSV.
5

Review pipeline metrics

Scroll to the Pipeline section to see how many cards are in each stage and which have been open the longest. Stalled cards (no activity in 7+ days) are highlighted.

Segmenting by Channel

Different channels typically have different conversion characteristics. WhatsApp tends to have higher engagement and conversion rates for direct offers because conversations feel personal. Email may have higher order values but lower response rates. Segmenting revenue by channel helps you decide where to invest more automation effort.
Filter the Sales dashboard to a single channel and compare conversion rates across channels. The channel with the highest conversion rate is where additional automation investment will return the most revenue per contact reached.
