Before you can build flows or connect channels, you need a Fliqr AI account and a workspace. This page covers the full sign-up process—from landing on the registration page to completing your workspace setup—along with how to invite teammates, reset your password, and secure your account with two-factor authentication.

What to expect

Signing up takes under two minutes. Fliqr AI offers a 14-day free trial with access to all features and no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to continue—or your workspace moves to a read-only state until you subscribe.
If a colleague has already created a Fliqr AI workspace and wants to add you, ask them to send you a team invitation from Settings → Team. You’ll receive an email with a direct link that skips the workspace-creation step.

Create your account

Go to app.fliqr.ai

Register with email or Google

Enter your name, work email address, and a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one number or symbol.Click Create Account. Fliqr AI sends a verification email to the address you provided.
Use a work email address rather than a personal one if you plan to invite teammates later. Your workspace domain becomes part of the default team settings and affects how invitation emails are displayed.

Verify your email

If you registered with email, check your inbox for a message from Fliqr AI with the subject “Verify your email address”. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can request a new verification email from the login page by clicking Resend verification email.
Add [email protected] to your email contacts or allowlist before signing up. This prevents verification and notification emails from landing in spam.

Set up your workspace

After verification, Fliqr AI walks you through a short workspace setup:
  1. Workspace name — Enter your company or project name. This appears in the dashboard header and in team invitation emails.
  2. Industry — Select the category that best fits your business. Fliqr AI uses this to suggest relevant flow templates.
  3. Primary use case — Choose between customer support, lead generation, e-commerce, or general automation. You can change this later.

Log in to an existing account

Go to app.fliqr.ai and enter your email and password, or click Continue with Google if you registered with Google. If you have access to multiple workspaces, you’ll see a workspace selector after logging in.

Reset your password

Open the login page

Go to app.fliqr.ai and click Forgot password? below the password field.

Enter your email

Type the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Link. You’ll receive an email with a password reset link within a few minutes.

Set a new password

Click the link in the email, enter your new password, and confirm it. The link is valid for 1 hour. After resetting, you’re redirected to the login page.

Invite team members

Admins can add teammates directly from within the workspace.
  1. In the left sidebar, go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the teammate’s email address and select their role:
    • Admin — Full access to all workspace settings, channels, billing, and flows.
    • Agent — Can manage conversations in the Inbox and edit flows, but cannot change account-level settings or billing.
    • Viewer — Read-only access to flows and analytics.
  4. Click Send Invitation. The teammate receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account (or log in if they already have one).
Team member seats are included at no additional per-seat cost. You can invite as many teammates as your plan allows.

Enable two-factor authentication

Fliqr AI supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via authenticator app. Enabling it adds a second verification step at login, protecting your account if your password is ever compromised.
Enable 2FA before connecting any messaging channels. If someone gains access to your account, they could send messages to your contacts from your connected channels. 2FA significantly reduces that risk.
To enable 2FA:
  1. Go to Settings → Security.
  2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password).
  4. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app to confirm setup.
  5. Save the backup codes in a secure location—you’ll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
