Prerequisites

  • A Twilio account and SMS-capable phone number
  • Twilio Account SID and Auth Token
  • Geo permissions enabled in Twilio for the countries you message
  • Documented opt-in for every contact you text

Connect SMS

Open SMS settings

Go to Settings → Channels → SMS and choose Twilio.

Enter credentials

Paste your Account SID and Auth Token, then select your Twilio number.

Save

Fliqr AI configures inbound webhooks for you.

Test

Text your Twilio number and confirm the message appears in Fliqr AI.
  • Capture phone numbers in web or messaging flows when needed
  • Get explicit consent before outbound SMS
  • Contacts can opt out with STOP — Fliqr AI / Twilio handle standard opt-out behavior
