Viber bots are useful when your audience is already on Viber. Unlike Meta channels, Viber does not enforce a 24-hour free-messaging window for bot broadcasts to your contacts.

Connect Viber

Create a Viber bot

Create a bot account in Viber’s partner portal and copy the bot token.

Add Viber in Fliqr AI

Go to Settings → Channels → Viber (or the Viber connection entry in your workspace).

Paste the bot token

Save the token and complete any custom URI / webhook confirmation Viber requires.

Test

Message your Viber bot and confirm the conversation appears in Fliqr AI.
