Connect Twilio voice to Fliqr AI

Prerequisites

Open Voice settings

Go to Settings → Channels → Voice and choose Twilio.

Enter credentials

Paste Account SID and Auth Token, then select your voice number.

Copy the webhook URL

Save and copy the voice webhook URL Fliqr AI provides.

Set the webhook in Twilio

In Twilio, open the number → Voice webhook → paste the URL as HTTP POST.

Test

Call the number and confirm your flow or greeting runs.

Start with a short IVR menu, then route to an AI Agent or human transfer only when needed.
