Inside the 24-hour window

Create and publish a flow

Build the message in Flow Builder and publish it. Prefer WhatsApp or Omnichannel message types.

Open Broadcast

Go to Broadcast and click Send.

Select WhatsApp

Choose the WhatsApp channel.

Choose active contacts

Select contacts who interacted within the last 24 hours when sending a free-form / session message.

Send

Select your published flow and click Send.

Use a WhatsApp template message flow.

Create a template flow

Build and publish a flow that uses an approved WhatsApp template.

Broadcast as template

Go to Broadcast → WhatsApp → Template Message, select the template flow, and send.
Template messages must be approved by Meta before you can broadcast them. Session messages outside the 24-hour window will fail.
