When to use a drip
Create a drip campaign
1
Publish the step Flows
Build and publish each Flow the campaign will send.
2
Open Drip Campaigns
Go to Tools → Drip Campaign.
3
Add a campaign
Click Add and name the campaign.
4
Attach Flows and timing
For each step, select a published Flow and the wait before it sends (for example step 1 after 1 hour, step 2 one hour after step 1).
5
Save
Review the schedule, then save the campaign.
Subscribe a contact
Enroll contacts from:- Flow / automation action — Subscribe to Drip Campaign
- Inbox — open the contact and subscribe them to the campaign
Unsubscribe a contact
Always provide an exit:- Flow action: Unsubscribe from Drip Campaign
- Inbox: remove the campaign from the contact
Channel windows
Long gaps between steps can exit Meta messaging windows. For WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram, later drip steps may need template-capable Flows. Plan templates before you schedule multi-day Meta drips.Best practices
- One job per step Flow (tip, case study, CTA)
- Keep step 1 valuable so contacts stay enrolled
- Test with a short interval, then stretch timing for production
- Don’t stack overlapping drips that message the same contact hourly
