Channel messaging windows

Meta channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) enforce customer-care windows and template rules for business-initiated messages. A Flow that resumes after a long Delay or drip step may need a template-capable message. Check the channel guide before scheduling long waits.

Design implications

• Prefer modular Flows early — don’t wait until you hit 250 blocks.
• Keep Condition blocks readable; 20 rules in one block is hard to audit.
• Test media on the target channel; WhatsApp image limits are tighter than Messenger.
