Mark a conversation as a follow-up

Follow-up marks keep threads visible when you promised a later reply but are not ready to resolve the chat.

From the Inbox

1. Open the conversation.
2. Open the conversation menu.
3. Choose Mark as follow-up.

Find flagged threads later with the Follow-up filter.

From a Flow

Add Action → Inbox → Mark conversation as follow-up when automation should remind the team (for example after “call me tomorrow”).
