Conversation starters replace a generic empty composer with suggested questions. When someone opens a DM with your business for the first time, they see prompts you define — each mapped to a flow.

Create conversation starters

Open channel settings

Go to Settings → Channels → Instagram (or Messenger, if configuring that channel).

Edit conversation starters

Find Conversation Starter and click Edit.

Add questions and flows

Enter a frequently asked question, choose the response flow, then click + to add it. Repeat for each prompt.

Save

Click Save in the top right.
Keep labels short (a few words). Map each starter to a focused published flow instead of one giant catch-all flow.
