Personas let you change the name and image shown as the Messenger sender. Useful for campaigns, seasonal greetings, or specialist identities.

Create a persona

Open Personas

Go to Tools → Personas → Add Persona.

Set name and image

Enter a display name and image URL.

Apply the persona

Go to Settings → General → Bot Profile (or the equivalent profile setting) and select the persona.
You can create multiple personas and switch them when a campaign needs a different identity.
