Create conversation starters

Open Messenger settings
Go to Settings → Channels → Messenger.

Edit conversation starters
Find Conversation Starter and click Edit.

Add prompts
Enter a question, choose the response flow, click +, then save.

Show FAQ-style prompts when someone opens a new Messenger conversation with your Page.
Conversation starters display suggested questions instead of only a generic Get Started experience. Each prompt can open a published flow.
