Facebook Messenger connects automation to people already messaging your Page. After you connect the Page, configure the first-touch experience, menus, and comment tools so every conversation has a clear path.

Prerequisites

  • A Facebook Page with Messaging enabled
  • Admin access to that Page in Meta Business Manager
  • A Fliqr AI workspace at app.fliqr.ai

Connect Messenger

Open channel settings

Go to Settings → Channels → Messenger.

Connect with Facebook

Click Connect with Facebook and complete Meta OAuth.

Select your Page

Choose the Facebook Page to connect and approve messaging permissions.

Test

Message the Page from a personal account and confirm the chat appears in Fliqr AI.

Limits

24-hour messaging window. Outside that window, use approved message tags or marketing-message opt-in. Do not send promotions with the wrong tag.
